description:
A coastal folk scene based on the legend of Gene Johnson from Saint Augustine Florida. He was a semi-famous oyster farmer and alleged bootlegger who ran a popular restaurant from his beach-side shack near Matanzas inlet. There are stories of Gene being jailed by the sheriff, and then released so that he could host parties that various social circles attended.
